Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking by sending us a message or giving us a call. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees. You can find contact details in the contact section of the app.
Absolutely! Our professional cleaning team comes equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies. If you have specific preferences or requirements, you can specify them in the app while booking. For subscription cleanings, we usually ask to use your existing vacuum cleaner and mop and we will leave cleaning detergents in your home to make it easier for our cleaners.
Payment happens after the cleaning is finished unless you prefer to pay beforehand. We will send you an invoice and the payment could happen through iDeal, credit/debit card transaction, or cash.

If the service or property details provided during booking do not match the actual case, extra charges will apply based on the actual property type and size. We may complete the requested cleaning or suggest a deeper cleaning if that is not possible.
In cases of overcharging based on the agreed price (excluding extra charges due to mismatched cleaning needs and property details), we will promptly issue a refund on the overcharged amount. While we don't offer financial refunds for dissatisfaction, we are committed to making things right by returning to re-clean any missed areas if you let us know within 24 hours.
